AppCDF-Pro Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the AppCDF-Pro Referral Program. This program allows affiliates to earn commissions for recommending our products and services to new customers. By participating in the program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. People over 18 years of age can participate in the Referral Program. 2.2. To enroll in the program, participants must register through the registration form available on the AppCDF-Pro website.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Direct Sales Commission: Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on the value of sales made to recommended customers.
3.2 Commission for Renewals: Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on subscription renewals made by referred customers.
4. Requirements for the Payment of Commissions
4.1. In order to collect the client portfolio and accumulated commissions, affiliates must refer at least 5 new clients in a calendar month.
4.2. If an affiliate does not meet the requirement of referring 5 new customers in a month, they will only earn the commissions generated by direct sales made in that month.
5. Payment Procedure
5.1. Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid within the first 15 days of the following month.
5.2. Payments will be made through the payment methods designated by AppCDF-Pro. Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
5.3. AppCDF-Pro reserves the right to withhold payments if there are suspicions of fraud or irregular activity.
6. Promotion and Marketing
6.1. Affiliates may use marketing materials provided by AppCDF-Pro to promote our products and services.
6.2. Any use of materials not provided by AppCDF-Pro must be pre-approved by our marketing team.
6.3. Affiliates must not make false or misleading statements about AppCDF-Pro products and services.
7. Termination and Modification
7.1. AppCDF-Pro reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. AppCDF-Pro may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be communicated to affiliates and will take effect immediately upon publication on the AppCDF-Pro website.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. AppCDF-Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising in connection with participation in the Referral Program.
8.2. AppCDF-Pro's total liability to any affiliate will not exceed the amount of unpaid accrued commissions.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which AppCDF-Pro is based.
9.2. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the competent courts of the aforementioned country.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the AppCDF-Pro Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
